You know you've grown up when; 1.You didn't buy the most expensive tickets to see the "band" that you ADORE but went anyway because you've got free passes.(You know for old time's sake. Don't laugh.)
2.You laugh the moment they came onto stage because you thought you recognized their outfits that was from their concert 5 years ago. "RECYCLED COSTUME AY!" (It's the white trench coat ensemble by the way.)
3.You sing along to the recognizable old tunes but midway you got confused and started singing some other songs of theirs. And you go "eh!". Ok. Then you're back on track by the second part. All's well.
4.You don't recognize their next set. So you turn around and you ask your old time partner in crime. She shrugs.
5.You stayed seated throughout the 1 1/2 hr concert. Ok. Some clapping and minimum cheering involved. MINIMUM I say. MINIMUM.
6.You shudder seeing the once-you-hail-as-gods-guys started doing little dances and ditties and you don't see the point why the other 80% of the audience were cheering away. Can't they see the urm..cheesiness of it?! Or did the hypnotizing gas somehow swoosh pass us?
7.You yawn 30 mins into the concert. And yawn. And yawn. And yawn.
8.Nobody brought their camera along.
9.But you have your mobile phone! Of course you cannot be bothered to take that out too even when you kow you won't be out of place since everyone is taking photos or recording videos of the performance onto their mobile.
10.The concert lasted about 1hr 20mins. Even the "stars" themselves can’t survive the whole 2hr set. Ok. I understand. After those improved, nifty moves, I don't blame them. Considering their age and stuff.
11.When the highlight of the show happens after the show has ended. Details later..

Let me just start off with a hearty laugh. MUAHAHAHAAHA! Non, "let me just update for the sake of updating". MUAHAHAHAA! Yeah, at times nobody bothers to blog, leaving this outlet to rot. You had a shiok-a-doo sleep the night before. the air liur basi is THE product of your satisfaction. Ok. Crap. No. not on the pillow. Only the expired saliva is found on the pillow. No crap. Well, my original purpose here is to share with you guys what I saw at the National Day Parade. And so, these are what I've got.

This over enthusiastic middle aged ah soh was the bomb. Her noise makers (those plastic sticks that you need to hit to gether to make noise. Hence the name noise makers. I thought this is a much needed extra info. But if you guys know what's a noise maker in the first place, you can skip these words in the brackets. Ooops too late. I'll warn you earlier, the next time.) requires regular air replenishing. I was surprised the whole damn thing didn't burst at the rate and strength she was hitting the two blardy sticks. But, I have to salute her on her cool threads. Cool right. The graphic of the sun rays and the flats...I wonder if she is wearing it right. Isn't the graphic supposed to be worn on the front? But still a cool Ah soh.
My favourite part of the parade. The marching contingent. I absolutely love the anthem! I'll hum it to you when I meet you guys. I am so putting it as my ringtone. Cool kan?

Just for the sake of updating this blog, im gonna tell you abt the cute guy that came to my shop. Well, i dont know much about him other than that he is a nice guy and a gentleman. I wanted to talk to him more BUT it seems that there is a LONG queue behind him so i couldnt talk to him much!! He was also waiting for me but in the end decided to leave anyway. So too bad for me!!

I call them - Ain,Mama,Ita,NoN my keepers for life . Six years ago , we were then innocent adolescents struggling to cope with studies,being part of the paper chase , enjoying the adrenaline rush of the new pop music in stores specifically boybands songs frm Code Red , BSB n Westlife with continous gaping n gawking just at the mere sight of their pics in Smash Hit , TV Hits n Lime Mags. . Money is not an issue when it comes to such purchases .Blimey.How ironic can that be . We rather starve ourselves than not being able to get the latest issue of the month .
Now at 21 we are at our crossroads .Reality hits us n we should just give the local men the benefit of the doubt. Gone were the days where we practically went gaga over MarK , NiCk, BrYaN etc .. We had our fair share of dating experiences ( except Ain with god damn who ?! who is a 'homosexual' at her best ) Haha...The list goes on frm Azhar to AL to NaZ to NoRmAn , to JeFF ....We accept each other flaws believing that every human is infallible .Its the imperfections in u that makes u beautiful .Dat keeps us going .While MaRiaNa n KiSha still still struggling with school , we have Ita n Ain relishing every moment at their workplace ..OnE is the DrAma QuEEn while the latter is DrAmA MaMa .NoN on the other hand has taken de bold step of pursuing her studies abroad ..Our BesT wishes to U , NoN .
